- Service-Based: Our services are mostly time and effort-based. Refunds are usually not issued for services rendered or for work completed as per the scope agreed upon.
- Project-Specific Agreements: The refund, cancellation, and termination terms specific to a project will be outlined in the client's individual service agreement, proposal, or contract. These override general policy.
- Non-Refundable Items: Costs such as third-party software, domains, hosting, ad expenses, stock photos, etc., are non-refundable once used or purchased.
2. Refund Conditions for IT Services
Refunds for IT services (e.g., web/software development, maintenance, IT consulting) may be provided in cases like:
- Project Cancellation (Pre-Commencement): If the project is cancelled before significant work, a refund (minus setup/admin fees) may be issued.
- Failure to Deliver (Material Breach): If we fail to deliver as agreed and can't rectify it, a proportional refund may be issued.
- Scope Discrepancies: If delivered services differ significantly from scope and can't be corrected, partial refunds can be discussed.
3. Refund Conditions for Digital Marketing Services
Refunds for services like SEO, PPC, social media, content/email marketing may be granted if:
- Campaign Cancellation (Pre-Launch): If canceled before execution, refunds (excluding setup/admin/time fees) are possible.
- Unused Ad Spend: Unused prepaid ad budgets not forwarded to platforms are refundable.
- Service Non-Performance (Material Breach): If services aren’t executed as agreed and not rectified, partial refunds may be approved. However, no guarantees on rankings/sales apply.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a Written Request: Send it to info@infinititechsolution.com within 7 days of the issue.
- Provide Details: Clearly explain the reason, project/service name, and include relevant proof or documentation.
- Review and Assessment: We may ask for clarification before evaluating under this policy and your agreement.
- Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days via original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in cases like:
- Change of Mind: After service starts or is completed.
- Client Delay/Non-Cooperation: When delays result from client-side issues (lack of feedback, content, access, etc.).
- Third-Party Issues: External service disruptions, algorithm changes, or platform policy changes outside our control.
- Minor Bugs/Revisions: Which are handled during post-delivery revision period.
- Breach of Agreement: If client violates terms of service.
